Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically begin building your custom product per your specifications.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will generally ship within 30 days days from the date of your order and should be delivered within 7-10 business days thereafter. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out, and also provide information via the "Arrive" app for status updates.. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Sales@moderncasual.shop
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@ModernCasual.shop and we will process a claim on your behalf. Please describe the problem in detail and we will do our best to help correct the issue. In most instances, perceived problems are simply technical adjustments that our customer service reps can guide you through over the phone or by email. In cases of defective products, we will remake the product.
Cancellations & Refunds:
At ModernCasual LLC there is nothing we value more than your 100% satisfaction with your purchase! Any orders not manufacturered to specifications will be remade. All other orders are non-refundable, since they built exactly for you.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% Restocking fee, whether or not your order has entered production.
